1. Identity Data Collection
LabGuard collects minimal essential data to ensure the integrity of the university infrastructure:
- Personnel Identity: Name and institutional email address.
- Access Logs: IP addresses, device signatures, and session duration.
- Security Ciphers: Encrypted passwords and 2FA secrets.
2. Utilization of Data
Data collected is used strictly for the following administrative functions:
- Verification of administrative clearance levels.
- Maintenance of an immutable audit trail for system changes.
- Automated detection of unauthorized access attempts.
3. Storage and Encryption
All data is housed on secured servers managed by Araullo University.
- Encryption: Sensitive data is hashed using industry-standard Bcrypt and Argon2.
- Retention: Records are purged upon formal decommissioning of personnel credentials.
4. Disclosure Protocol
LabGuard does not participate in the sale or trade of personnel data. Information is only disclosed if required by university board mandates or national legal compliance.
